 Sponsor and Vendor packages are reserved for one business per package. Open enrollment begins February 1st, 2020. 

Flyer, shirt and banner sponsorship deadline is October 1, 2020, none will be added after that date.

Available packages are non refundable and non transferable. All packages are intended for one business per package.

The event is, always has been and will be rain or shine.

Vendor check in at event: Thursday December 3rd Noon-10pm, Friday December 4th 8am-10pm

Title Sponsorship

Title Sponsorship at the price of $2,000 includes:

-Front of 15,000 + flyer "Presented By" logo placement

-Back of 500 event shirt "Presented By" logo placement

-Vehicle registration decal logo placement

-Award logo placement

-Website and social media page placement

-Turkey Drag banner with your logo placement at front gate(Turkey Drag will provide)

-Turkey Drag banner with your logo placement at main stage(Turkey Drag will provide)

-20ft x 40ft vendor space including tents, tables, trailers, signage or any product. Must be paid by vendor deadline date.(each additional 20ft x 20ft space attached to this sponsorship is $100)

-Koozie placement with your logo on one side/ event logo on opposite(Turkey Drag will provide 500 to you to be distributed at the event)

-2 staff vehicle parking spaces(not eligible for show awards unless paid additional registration fee for each vehicle)

-5 event weekend tent camping passes to be used by your staff during event(all additional staff vehicles must be registered and passes must be purchased separately)

 

Wrist Band Sponsorship

-Your logo along with Turkey Drag logo on all event wristbands

-Turkey Drag will provide wrist bands
